What this site is

momofinance.co.uk is operated by Haystack Rock Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 07572770, whose registered office is Wimbourne, London Road, Chalfont St. Giles, England, HP8 4NQ. It publishes general information about which UK financial products tend to accept US persons resident in the UK, and the US tax rules that shape that. It is a reference, written for a general audience.

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal or other professional advice, and nothing here is a personal recommendation. momo is not a financial adviser, not a tax adviser, and not a firm authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Accuracy, and no warranty

momo works to keep its eligibility data sourced, dated and verified, and publishes provider verdicts only once a person has checked them. Even so, information can be incomplete, become out of date, or be wrong; acceptance policies and tax rules change without notice. The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Affiliate partnerships are not currently active. If they are activated, any partner slot will be clearly marked, momo may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and a commission will never change a verdict. The verdict reflects the data, not the commercial arrangement.
